We want to start you off on the right path, so we require an initial assessment for all new clients and strongly recommend the fundamentals course for anyone wanting to continue with one-on-one or small group training.

Intended for new clients. We'll use these three one-on-one sessions to further assess your current patterns and dig deeper into the basic principles of better movement to help you find your "priorities", tools that will help make your on-going training or classes more successful.

The concept is simple... better health and fitness through better movement. In this dynamic group training format we choose exercises that fit within the appropriate framework and challenge the body in the areas mobility, stability, balance, coordination and cardiovascular conditioning. This type of training is guaranteed to not only push your limits and make you sweat, but to also give you a better understanding of your abilities through diligence in alignment, posture, smart movement and breathing.
